Appointments/Bookings
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for a scheduled appointment, the service provider has the right to refuse or shorten service to ensure that their next scheduled appointment is on time. All multiple service bookings or bookings for multiple clients must be pre-paid with 72 hour cancellation policy. If not cancelled within 72 hours, appointment is void and payment is not refunded. No shows or late arrivals will also not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum of 24-hours advance notice for any single service to avoid a cancellation fee. A 72-hour notice is required for any multiple service appointment, including when you schedule one or more appointments for you and a friend, a spa package cancellation/date change. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be charged the full price for each service. Pre-payment of services is required when two or more services are scheduled.
Scheduling
To accomodate your appointment needs, we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to your departure. This ensures availability for the time, day of week and service provider of your choice. A valid major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover) is required to hold your reservation.
